I'm actually the one who agree with opinion that Luffy and Roger's dream is "One Feast" or having the biggest banquet attended by the whole world. It seems childish and make others to laugh.
I got an interesting fact, actually this "One Feast" was once held by Prophet Solomon in his time. As king, Prophet Solomon had extraordinary wealth. Many are told in the literature, even in the Qur'an, Bible, etc which describes the wealth of the Prophet Solomon which is very abundant.
In one book, Prophet Solomon asked God to allow him to feed all living things on earth. But God did not immediately answer the prayer of Prophet Solomon and replied, "Really, you (Prophet Solomon) will not be able to."
However, Solomon did not just give up, he again submitted a request to God, until finally God granted Solomon's prayer to feed all living things in the world at that time.
Then Prophet Solomon began ordering his troops, from humans to jinn to tell all living things on earth to attend his banquet invitation.
According to the story, the food served by Prophet Solomon had a length equivalent to a month's journey, as well as its width. Then God asked Prophet Solomon, "Which creature will start (eat the dish you provide)?" Prophet Solomon replied, "Those who live on land and in the sea."
Then by His power, God ordered a large creature from the fish class to first eat the food served by Prophet Solomon.
How surprised Solomon was when he saw the big fish devour all the dishes he had prepared. The fish then said, "O Solomon, fill my stomach, now I am still hungry."
I feel that if the "One Feast" theory is correct, this is a story from Joyboy that was written in the Poneglyph on Laughtale until all of Roger's crew laughed and it was the Sea Kings who ate it and thought it was just "One Piece". Since it's so ridiculous to want to feed all the living creature in the World, how capable are we mere mortals? But it's interesting if that "One Feast" is Luffy and Roger's dream, even though I feel Luffy doesn't want to share his meat with other people.
